Nexity was looking for a solution that would enable it to easily update the information about its business across search experiences, and help it optimise the customer experience.

Nexity, the leading real estate group in France, sought a partner to help improve its digital strategy, and optimise the management of its agency data across search experiences. Since most people search for agencies using Google, Nexity was looking for a solution that would help automate its Google My Business updates like changes to hours of operation, address, etc. The brand also wanted to optimise its customer experience, by providing reliable and consistent details about all of its locations — regardless of where or when a customer performs a search.

“Before the collaboration with Yext, our updates were done manually, which opened us up to inevitable synchronisation errors,” explains Olivier d’Aries, SEO Manager and Digital Content Manager at Nexity. “Yext has enabled us to automate updates to our Google My Business listings — and also to create and manage listings across other publishers, from which we were previously absent. The very advanced dashboard is important for us, and offers an overview of essential indicators like calls, notices, and more.”   

The Results

Using Yext, Nexity was able to remove duplicate listings and gain a better view of its agencies and sales offices. The group is also working on redesigning agency files on its site, and can now manage its local presence globally.

“We are a little in year zero since we could not follow consistent data last year,” clarifies d’Aries. “But since the implementation of the Yext platform in November 2018, and the optimisation of our files, the results have been revolutionary. Our own feedback shows a 16% increase in views on Google Maps, and an 8% increase in views on Google search. We’ve also seen a 13% increase in overall interactions with our listings (clicks to the site, clicks-to-call, and more).”
