Yext wins Best Search Software at The Drum’s Search Awards

Last week, Yext won the top prize in the prestigious SEO & PPC – Best Search Software category at the Drum’s annual Search Awards for its Knowledge Engine. The awards took place in London at the Marriott Grosvenor Square.
The Drum Search Awards bring together the elite of the industry to celebrate and reward individuals and companies at the forefront of the search industry. The awards cover the most innovative, creative and effective search campaigns in both the pay-per-click and search engine optimisation sectors.
The Yext Knowledge Engine is a cloud-based platform for businesses to manage the digital knowledge about their people, places, and products across their websites, mobile apps, internal systems, and its PowerListings® Network of maps, apps, search engines, GPS systems, and social networks including Google, Apple, Facebook, Bing, and Yahoo. The products — Listings, Pages, and Reviews — enable the world’s millions of businesses to drive face-to-face and digital interactions that can boost brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase sales.
Jon Buss, Yext Managing Director, UK & Northern Europe, comments: “Information about businesses is scattered within the digital ecosystem, and yet consumers demand accurate and consistent local information at their fingertips at all times. Our job is to make sure that all of the public facts presented about a business-from opening hours to the most recent product images-are correct at every customer touchpoint, empowering businesses to reach consumers in their precise moments of intent. Yext is the central source of truth for companies’ digital knowledge.
“We are incredibly proud to have won this award against such stellar competition. It is testimony to the growing global recognition of digital knowledge management and its ability to power the intelligent future.”
