Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT), the Knowledge Engine provider, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 13 April 2017, under the symbol “YEXT,” and the offering is expected to close on 19 April 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. Yext, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as the joint bookrunners for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers.
