Ho Shin

General Counsel

Ho Shin is Yext's EVP and General Counsel. He is responsible for the company's global legal matters.

Prior to Yext, Ho was General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of Millennial Media, where he helped guide the company through its international expansion, initial public offering, and eventual sale to Verizon/AOL. He has also held senior legal positions with various other companies and was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition, Ho has served as a member of the Department of Homeland Security's Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee on matters involving data privacy and integrity.

Ho holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, and a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
